You will be responsible for the following:

• Work directly with our dental offices and patients to obtain all necessary information to verifying dental and medical insurance coverage

• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule at least 48 hours prior to the patient’s appointment. Complete insurance breakdown accurately and completely.

• Enter insurance benefits for each patient into practice management software, including any special requirements or limitations

• Understand and maintain working knowledge of insurance fee schedules and policy guidelines

• Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)

You will be required to possess the following:

• Extreme detail orientation and comfort working independently

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Professional appearance

Preferred Requirements:

• Dental Office experience
• One (1) of more years of practical experience
